As the main support to the Managing Director of the Company, you are the person ensuring direct top quality service to an exclusive international clientele as well as best-in-class back-office management. Further to handling correspondence and travel arrangements, you manage a central database, prepare client-ready reports and coordinate multiple agendas. Website maintenance, event organization and project leadership with a social responsibility orientation will also fall under your responsibilities. Other ad hoc stimulating projects may occur as the Company works towards reaching a leading position in its market.
Working autonomously, a structured approach, “can-do” attitude and integrity are the key criteria to be eligible for this exciting opportunity. As you will work from your own home, self-motivation and can-do attitude will be essential. The day-to-day tasks will require extensive organization skills, flexibility & availability as well as a constant service attitude. Applications for part-time (60-80%) are welcome.
