MyHandicap is Swiss, right?
So now I ask, what is the matter in Swisserland, that you kick off people from other countries, if the have to go to prison? this is in my eyes a kind of not tolerant.
I am just interested.
Not about you. But it is also a case - being tolerant to poeple with handicap and also to poeple from other countries.

Hi

I find your formulation very unfair, sorry. we dont "kick" people out and you canot generalise like this.
Just to make it clear: i was against it. That initiative cant work like this as it is against the european human rights.
But I can also understand people who are angry when some one comes into his/her country and then that person commits a crime. If someone would come into your house and steal/demolate things or even hurt someone, you would literaly kick that person out, wont you? So, I can understand those feelings.
BUT! that whole thing is just against my inner feeling of righteousness!

Anyway, please dont just lable Swiss people or Switzerland with "hostile to foreigners" or "intolerant".

And sorry, but I really dont see what that whole thing has to do with people with disabilities?! icon_eek.gif icon_eek.gif icon_eek.gif

To be honest, I dont even know how the legislation is in the UK. But me too, I dont see why keeping and paying people who commit a crime. You give that a chance to start a new life in your country and they thank it with criminal activies?
Maybe not kick them after the first crime. everybody deserves a second chance. But if they still dont get it and commit another crime, I say: Get out!

I should check how that is regulated in the UK. Anyone knows?
