Dr. Michael Lorz, Executive Director
Dr. Michael Lorz studied business administration in Europe and China and subsequently received his doctorate in entrepreneurship from the University of St.Gallen (HSG). He worked internationally in various management positions and then spent more than 10 years at the University of St.Gallen. There he headed the University Funding and the HSG Foundation as Managing Director.
Dr. Michael Lorz on his new task and responsibility:"I am enthusiastic about the MyHandicap Foundation, especially about its great potential for action and its valuable team. The philosophy of the foundation, focusing on people's qualities and perspectives rather than their disabilities, motivates me a lot. Simon Müller, Assistant Executive Director
Simon Müller has already worked for various institutions and gained a wide range of experience in the social field. He studied Business Administration with a specialization in Economics and Politics. He completed his MBA at the ZHAW in Health Economics and Healthcare Management.
Simon Müller is assistant executive director and responsible for the management and implementation of projects and cooperations as well as the editorial and technical support of the MyHandicap online portal.

Sandro Hürsch is currently completing a bachelor's degree in business administration at the University of St. Gallen and has gained experience in project management in previous employment.
Sandro Hürsch is responsible for the management and maintenance of projects with selected partners, as well as the editorial and technical support of the online portal of MyHandicap.

Claudia Tröndle is a webdesigner and TYPO3 CMS Certified Editor (an international accredited certification of the TYPO3 Association). She has many years of experience in web development, internet communication and social media.
Claudia Tröndle is responsible for the maintenance and support of the MyHandicap websites, support of Google products, forum/community support, responsible for social media and active participation in projects.

Lorianne Emery has completed her Bachelor's degree in Applied Languages at the ZHAW in Winterthur.
Since the beginning of 2016 she is freelance translator.
She is responsible for translating content and texts into the French language and for maintaining the Internet portal of MyHandicap.

Angelika Ziegler completed her postgraduate studies as HR Manager HF NDS and works for the MyHandicap Foundation as assistant to the director of the retirement home Abendruh in Gossau.
She has already gained several experiences in the service sector and is pleased to promote the MyHandicap Foundation with her work as assistant to the management.

Nicole Cellerino is a Swiss-Italian student who is pursuing a Bachelor Degree at the University of St. Gallen in Business Administration. During the course of her studies, she gathered experience in international Project- & Event Management.
Nicole Cellerino is covering the function of global market research and carries out specific country analysis for ensuring the incubation of countries, research and coordination among the MyHandicap Hubs.

Tim Steppich is a German Master's student in Strategy and International Management at the University of St. Gallen. He wrote his bachelor's thesis on business model innovations in social enterprises.
He now puts this theoretical knowledge into practice at MyHandicap and is responsible for the further development and implementation of a new business model.
