Hi Miria,

I'm a wheelchair to an I live in Düsseldorf. I'm visiting the RehaCare ervery year. I have no car. I allways travel with train. I don't know how handicapped accessible the trains in serbia are. But in germany, austria, switzerland and netherland is traveling with train for wheelchair's no problem, when you organizing it by time. The central railway station (Hauptbahnhof) Düsseldorf is very barrier-free. Every where are helpers for us. The same when you want to take the tube, tram or bus to the RehaCare. The most public transport of Düsseldorf are barrier-free and the most stop's to.

When you want to organize the journey from Belgrade to Düsseldorf, the best is you ask the railway mobility service of your country. When I want to book a journey from germany to any foreign country, the german railway mobility service can book for me and contakt the railway mobility service's at the other contries, when I want. The mobility service know witch station is possible for wheelchairs and witch station offer a change to train service for disabled people.

hey miria

you can fly with a wheelchair, not that much of a problem actually
your sister just needs to tell that when booking.

go ahead! it's alot comfortable for her by plane than by train! and probably even cheaper.
