The Foundation Board takes the key decisions in terms of the foundation's purpose and serves primarily as a monitoring body.
The main tasks are – additional to maintaining the foundation's purpose – the choice of management, which leads the daily operations, and represent the foundation externally. The Foundation Board meets at least twice a year under the chairmanship of the Foundation President Joachim Schoss.

Joachim Schoss
Mr Schoss is the founder and Foundation Board President of MyHandicap. He himself lost a leg and an arm in a traffic accident.
Thomas Böni
Dr. med. Thomas Böni is director of the techical orthopaedics and head physician at the Balgrist Univeristy clinic in Zurich.
Dr. Hans Künzle
Hans Künzle is Chairman of the Board of the Nationale Swiss Ltd. and the Europäischen Reiseversicherungs AG (European Travel Insurance Ltd.)
Patrick Eberle
In September 2007, Dr. Patrick Eberle, Managing director of Eberle & Partners was announced as a new member to the Foundation board.
Frank Bodin
He is director of the working group Euro RSCG in Switzerland, with whom he continuously wins prizes on international advertising festivals.
Pascale Bruderer Wyss
Pascale Bruderer Wyss is the National Council for the SP party and lays her political focus on the social, disability and higher education politics
