Management
Robert Freumuth, CEO

- Robert Freumuth
After graduating from the Gymnasium Ottobrunn, near Munich, Robert Freumuth completed his community service in the Clinic for Physical Medicine of the University of Munich. There, he gained his first experience of the often profound impact of a disability or chronic illness on the daily life of an affected person.
In October 2002, he completed his studies in sports sciences with focus on rehabilitation, prevention and disabled sports at the Technical University in Munich.
During his studies, he began to work part-time for the disability and rehabilitation sports association Bayern, for which he worked for many years after his graduation as a sports coordinator and later as representative Manager.
In the same time, Mr. Freumuth was a research assistant in a three-year interdisciplinary research project (RIPP- Rücken Intensiv Präventionsprogramm für Pflegeberufe, intensive back-related prevention program for nursing professionals) at the Clinic of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Munich.
In October 2006, he moved to MyHandicap, where he fist was deputy managing director and technical expert in the field of sports to build up the German organisation. Since November 2008, he is the CEO of the foundation MyHandicap Ltd.

Albert E. Frieder, CEO

- Dr. Albert Frieder
Albert E. Frieder has 30 years experience in leadership of famous international Management Consulting Companies, e.g. the Malik Management Center St.Gallen, and in business, corporate and management development. He was CEO of the Swiss Umbrella Sports Association for Disabled and chaired the Swiss Paralympic Committee.
Mr. Frieder is also in the governing body at the Center for Disability and Integration at the University of St.Gallen (CDI-HSG)
Since January 2010, he is Manager of MyHandicap.

Thomas Mitterhuber, editorial office

- Thomas Mitterhuber
Profoundly deaf from birth and grown up with Sign Language, Thomas Mitterhuber has studied Communication until spring 2009 in his adopted place of residence Munich.
As online editor at MyHandicap, he writes articles about health and disability. He also takes care of questions in the community board and supports the online marketing.
"As a professional newcomer at MyHandicap, I have the chance to put my theoretical knowledge from my studies into practice, and I can introduce personal experience into my work."

Steffen Linder, Community & IT support

- Steffen Lindner
After secondary school, Steffen Linder trained as a Mercantile assistant with an advanced technical certificate.
Later, Mr. Lindner did a dual training in a psychiatric hospital as a merchant in the health sector. There, he gained his first experiences about the often profound impact of disability and chronic diseases on the daily life of an affected person.
He shortened the training by half a year, and since March 2007, he works for the foundation MyHandicap Ltd.
Mr. Lindner is an all-rounder and has various tasks at MyHandicap. He is the contact for users, takes care of the boards and the chats. He also looks after the technical side of the Internet portal, and has the best solution for many problems. General administrative tasks and the assistance of the Management are further areas of responsibility of Mr. Lindner.

Justin Black, Community support & freelance writer

- Justin Black
The freelance writer and filmmaker himself lives with a severe muscular weakness. He cannot only understand the needs of people with disabilities very well; he knows them from his own life.
Justin Black has already won several youth film awards and was invited to the junior area of the BERLINALE, Germany's largest and most important film festival. The young wheelchair user has already produced DVDs for the boy group "US5" and also works for the Pro7-POPSTARS "Monrose", "Room2012" and "Queensberry". In addition to own short films, he also shoots promotional films for companies, cities and institutions.
Justin Black is a regular columnist in professional journals, and provides texts for the web sites of companies and artists.
For MyHandicap, he answers questions in the boards and contributes articles for the info area. As an expert in the field of media, he provides the MyHandicap community with tips about exciting movies, DVDs and interesting books.
To be able to live an individual and self-determined life, a team of assistants is available around the clock to Justin Black. This team from the Offene Behindertenarbeit (Free Disability Work) in Maria Bildhausen, a branch of Dominic Ringeisen Werkes in Ursberg, is funded through a personal-organisational budget.

Public Relation
Philipp Jauch, Public Relation

- Philipp Jauch
Philip Jauch joined MyHandicap in August 2009. He complements the team in the field of public relations and web marketing.
"Good public relations are becoming more and more important. Therefore, it is my great pleasure to bring in my journalistic experience, to write, and to operate conceptually. My desire is to be able to reduce anxieties (fears of contacts), increase tolerance and improve the inclusion of people with disabilities in our society. "

Data Privacy
Alban Seeholzer, RESIBAS

- Alban Seeholzer
Alban Seeholzer has a degree in Electrical Engineering and is a TUV Certified Data Protection engineer and Privacy Manager. He has 12 years of experience in IT security, networking and software development. He has worked for MyHandicap since 2007. Since 2008, he is external Data Protection engineer for MyHandicap.
