Under Health & Wellbeing you will find your type of disability and show you the causes and the consequences for your new life. We also show you opportunities for your current and future life. This not only allows you to make optimal use of all medical and therapeutic possibilities, but also to allow you to create your daily life to be self-determined, confident, straightforward and meaningful.

Experts and competent advisors at your service
Our experienced specialists regularly publish articles with up to date information on our website, regularly update our MyXpert-knowledge databank and are at your service to professionally and competently answer your question in a Telephone consultation and through our Seminars (Currently only in German).
Simply give us a call, write us and email, or contact us in the MyH-Community, (German only) when you need friendly and helpful assistance, information, advice or motivation about your new life situation.
Online Service
Our website provides important information, which will help make your day to day life a little easier and show you just how much is possible with a disability. Browse through the pages of our website, there is lots of useful information like what’s important when building a house or having your car adapted. The English website is still very much in the development stages and you can expect to see a lot more content in the coming months.
Don’t be too proud or too modest to involve your friends and relatives – in the vast majority of cases they would only be delighted to help but are uncertain whether you would like or accept their help. Maybe they just can’t find the courage to take the first step. Make it easier for those around you; give them a signal – you will see how relieved your friends and relatives are to have found access to you again and are allowed to help you! They are after all the people that love you, and they love you for who you are and not for your physical capabilities.
