Training & Education

To enjoy ones job is not just a privilege of non-disabled people. A satisfying job is important for all people. The topic of the occupational future, training and further education is something that occupies all disabled people, especially those who have been recently confronted with a disability. Mostly they ask themselves questions like; which jobs can, or would I like to do? Or what can I do with my capabilities?

Structural barriers like stairs or too narrow doorways are in many cases still the first barriers to education and workplaces. Along with this many workplaces are not accessible for disabled employees. It is important to remove these barriers: the occupational integration of people with a disability not only increases their quality of life and self-esteem, but it is also makes an important contribution to the economy.
